Holiday hours
Dear partners,
As Christmas approaches, and to give our people, who diligently strive to keep the supply chain running at a high level, a break, we have decided that December 24 and 31 will be non-working days for all our employees.
There will be no product deliveries on those days, and please plan your orders and shipments in advance.
All customer orders received by 14:00 on Friday, 27 December 2024, will be shipped that day by courier services, and for customers in the Zagreb area they will be delivered on the first working day, 30 December 2024.
We will ship smaller packages (which normally arrive by courier) via courier services.
Customers who pick up goods in person can collect them by 16:00 on Friday, 27 December 2024, or on Monday, 30 December 2024, with the note that the goods must be invoiced on Friday, 27 December 2024.
Regular warehouse deliveries resume on 7 January 2025.
