A new look for our Copy Print photocopy paper
Redesigning product packaging is often a challenging task, especially when it comes to a well-known and widely used product like ours Copy Print A4 paper. The goal was simple – modernize the look without losing recognizability. Here's how we achieved it.
- Minimalism with a clear identity.
We preserved what customers already recognize: the layout, clarity of information, and ample white space. The changes are thoughtful and unobtrusive – the focus was on simplicity and visual balance.
- New logo – fewer shades, more meaning
We redesigned the logo with fewer colors, using two shades that better fit the new visual identity. One square from the original logo has been subtly transformed into a printer icon – a detail that communicates the product's function discreetly, but clearly.
- Colors that speak
Blue and green – colors not chosen by chance. Blue conveys calmness and professionalism, while green signals sustainability, nature, and environmental awareness. Through them we communicate the values we want our brand to carry.
- Illustration with a message
An old abstract element has been replaced by a stylized bird – a symbol of lightness and freedom. The diagonal geometric triangles introduce dynamism and a sense of movement. The bird is not there just for aesthetics – it conveys the characteristics of the paper itself: lightweight, practical and easy to use.
- Icons that inform
New icons have been designed that clearly display the basic information: paper dimensions, grammage, and the number of sheets. Everything at a glance – without searching, without ambiguity.
- Complete redesign – inside and out
The project also encompassed internal paper packaging and an external cardboard box. The goal: to create a cohesive, modern, and sustainable visual identity that will stand the test of time and continue to build user trust.
